Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Engineer Electrical to join our team. This role requires a strong sales background in the Electrical, Industrial, and Mechanical sectors. The successful candidate will drive sales growth, establish strong client relationships, and deliver technical solutions to meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power Generation, Construction, and Industrial Maintenance sectors.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Conduct market research to understand client needs, trends, and the competitive landscape.
Generate leads, follow up on prospects, and close new and repeat sales.
Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and technical presentations.

2. Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and potential clients.
Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions.
Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, addressing any concerns and technical issues.
Conduct regular client visits and site inspections to ensure satisfaction.

3. Technical Expertise

Offer technical support and product guidance to clients.
Collaborate with engineering and project teams to develop custom solutions.
Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to provide the most effective solutions.

4. Project Coordination

Oversee project progress, address any issues, and ensure client expectations are met.

5. Reporting & Documentation

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and project updates.
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates for management.
Participate in sales meetings, training, and industry events.

Skills & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial) or related field.
Experience: 0-2 years in sales within Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power Generation, Construction, or Industrial Maintenance sectors.
Skills: Strong technical knowledge, excellent communication and negotiation skills, proven ability to achieve sales targets.
Attributes: Self-starter with initiative, strong interpersonal skills, and proficient in written and spoken English.
Willingness to Travel: Ability to travel within the Eastern Region, Riyadh, and Jeddah as required.
