Job Description:
Oversee comprehensive construction management for projects, including scheduling, quality control, safety, and cost management.
Develop construction plans and schedules, coordinating the work of various professionals.
Supervise daily site management to ensure compliance with construction standards and safety measures.
Resolve technical issues that arise during construction, communicating promptly with clients and design teams.
Prepare and review construction reports, progress updates, and other relevant documentation.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in construction management, with a strong understanding of construction processes and regulations.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate resources and personnel.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.
Relevant professional certifications in construction management are a plus.
