Description

Built Industrial seeking experienced BIM Coordinators specializing in Architecture, Structure, Mechanical, and Electrical disciplines. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and a proven track record in coordination and shop drawing preparation.
Requirements:
• More than 7 years of experience in the relevant field.
• Proficient in using Revit and Navisworks.
• Experience with 4D modeling using Synchro is preferred.
• Strong background in coordination and shop drawing preparation.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) according to the received OIR, PIR, and AIR.
• Attend meetings with client representatives to discuss project progress and requirements.
• Coordinate activities among all technical office participants to ensure effective collaboration.
• Perform coordination between all discipline Revit models and create clash reports using Navisworks.
• Revise shop drawing sheets prior to submission to the consultant.
• Monitor model development to ensure compliance with BIM standards and client requirements.
