Job Description: Quantity Surveyor / Cost Estimator

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor / Cost Estimator to manage project costs efficiently, ensuring value for money while maintaining high standards.

Key Responsibilities:
1.Prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents.
2.Monitor project costs and provide regular cost reports.
3.Manage procurement and subcontractor valuations.
4.Conduct cost analysis and risk management.
5.Ensure compliance with contracts, budgets, and timelines.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
2. Proven experience in cost estimation and quantity surveying.
3. Strong knowledge of construction materials, contracts, and pricing.
4. Proficient in MS Excel and estimation software.
5. Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
