We are a newly established travel agency in Al Khobar, seeking talented individuals to join our team.
Ticketing & Social Media Specialist
Responsibilities:
Ticketing:
- Book and manage flight tickets, hotel reservations, and travel arrangements
- Ensure accurate and efficient booking processes
- Provide excellent customer service
Social Media:
- Manage and maintain all social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)
- Create and execute social media strategies, campaigns, and content
- Increase online engagement and followers
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics
Requirements:
- Experience in ticketing and social media marketing (preferred)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media management tools
