Job Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of washing machine models (front-load, top-load, semi-automatic, and fully automatic).
• Inspect and troubleshoot issues such as water drainage problems, mechanical failures, electronic malfunctions, and operational defects.
• Repair and troubleshoot PCB (Printed Circuit Boards) used in washing machines, including diagnosing circuit failures, replacing faulty components, and soldering new parts.
• Replace faulty components including motors, pumps, belts, and seals.
• Perform routine maintenance checks to ensure machines are functioning optimally.
• Provide excellent customer service, including explaining repairs and offering maintenance tips.
• Maintain detailed records of repairs and communicate the status of repairs with customers.
• Adhere to safety protocols and follow company policies during repairs.
• Manage tools and equipment effectively, ensuring they are in proper working order.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in diagnosing and repairing washing machines of various brands and models.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and PCB components in laundry machines.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair electronic control boards and other technical components.
• Familiarity with the tools and equipment required for washing machine and PCB repair.
• Proficiency in soldering and replacing electronic components on PCBs.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to explain repairs to non-technical customers.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Certification in appliance repair, electronics, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy washing machines and components.
• Willingness to work in various residential and commercial environments.
