Description

The Blow Mold Machine Operator will operate blow-mold, grinders, trimmer
machines and conveyor systems. They are responsible for programing the
machine, troubleshooting process problems and performing minor maintenance to
ensure continued operation of the production line. They are also responsible for
following our company's Good Manufacturing Practices.
Operate blow-mold machines with Parison Programming to ensure production
of quality bottles and perform audits, weights and quality checks.
a. Good knowledge about plastic materials and quality standards.
b. Supervise and provide technical guidance to the production team.
c. Oversee the plastics production process; Develop and document effective
processes to manufacture plastic parts that meet design and quality
requirements.
d. Work with the Assembly department to ensure on time delivery.
e. Troubleshoot non-conforming parts, perform root cause analysis and
implement corrective action as needed.
f. Make adjustments to meet product specifications.
g. Repair or replace pneumatic and hydraulic lines.
h. Assist with preventive maintenance, mold, neck and blow pin and other
mechanical changes.
i. Troubleshoot and resolve process problems.
j. Prepare maintenance request forms and document equipment repairs.
k. Prepare & document daily production reports, including rejects, regrinds,
line efficiencies and other
l. Good English language.
m. Use Microsoft office software and outlook.
