We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team and help elevate our brand presence in the marketplace.

Position Overview:
The Merchandiser will be responsible for developing and executing effective merchandising strategies that drive sales and enhance the customer experience. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with various departments to ensure product placement and presentation align with our brand objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement merchandising strategies to maximize product visibility and sales.
Conduct regular store visits to assess and optimize product placement, displays, and signage.
Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed recommendations for inventory and promotional strategies.
Collaborate with the buying team to ensure optimal stock levels and product assortment.
Work with store staff to train them on merchandising standards and best practices.
Create and maintain detailed reports on merchandising performance and recommend improvements.
Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality of merchandise.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Proven experience in merchandising, retail management, or a related role.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and merchandising software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to travel to multiple locations as needed.
