Job Title: Construction Manager/ Site In-Charge
Location: Eastern Region
Salary Range- 10,000-12,000 SAR
Transfer- Mandatory
Employment Type: Contract- 1 Year

Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Execution: Lead the planning, design, and execution of civil construction projects including roads, bridges, drainage systems, and other infrastructure.

Budget & Cost Control: Prepare detailed project budgets and schedules, track expenditures, and ensure projects are completed within the approved budget.

Team Management: Supervise and guide the project team, including engineers, contractors, and subcontractors, ensuring alignment with project goals.

Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks by implementing risk management strategies and contingency plans.

Quality Control: Ensure that all work meets the required standards and adheres to building codes, safety regulations, and quality control protocols.

Contract & Vendor Management: Negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors, and ensure timely procurement of materials and services.

Client & Stakeholder Communication: Act as the point of contact for clients, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations and obtain necessary permits.

Documentation & Reporting: Maintain thorough project documentation, including schedules, financial reports, and technical documents, and prepare regular progress reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
[X] years of experience in civil project management, ideally in infrastructure or public works projects.
Proven track record of managing projects from inception to completion.
Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project management techniques, and industry standards.
Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
Familiarity with applicable building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PE) are a plus.
