Production Manager for LV and MV Factory
Key Responsibilities:

Production Planning & Scheduling: Oversee the daily production activities, ensuring that LV and MV products are manufactured on time and within budget.
Process Optimization: Continuously analyze and improve manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure high-quality standards.
Team Management: Lead and manage production teams, including supervisors, technicians, and operators, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluation.
Quality Assurance: Ensure that all products meet industry standards and customer specifications. Collaborate with the quality control team to implement and maintain quality management systems.
Resource Management: Manage the allocation of resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment, to meet production targets.
Safety Compliance: Ensure that all production activities adhere to safety regulations and best practices, minimizing workplace hazards.
Inventory Control: Monitor and manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods, coordinating with the procurement team for timely replenishment.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as engineering, maintenance, and logistics, to ensure smooth production flow and timely delivery of products.
Reporting: Prepare and present regular production reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs), challenges, and improvement strategies.
Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience in a production management role within the LV/MV electrical equipment manufacturing industry.
Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency in production planning software and ERP systems.

Detail-Oriented: Must be meticulous with an eye for detail to ensure high standards in production.
Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze production data and metrics to drive decision-making and process improvements.

Salary Range : 3000 - 5000 SAR +++
