Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Accounting Assistant and Customer Service Representative. In this dual role, you will assist the accounting department with daily tasks and provide exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting Support:

Assist in preparing and maintaining financial records.
Accurately and promptly process invoices, receipts, and payments.
Reconcile bank statements and other financial documents.
Assist in the preparation of financial reports.
Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
Customer Service:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
Provide customers with information about products and services.
Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues.
Maintain customer accounts and update information as necessary.
Assist customers with billing inquiries and process payments.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
A minimum of 3 years of previous accounting experience.
