Description

We are seeking a dynamic and goal-driven Sales Representative to join our wholesale food distribution team. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, target-oriented, and capable of building strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

Visit customers and present product offerings.

Achieve monthly sales targets.

Expand customer base and maintain relationships.

Gather market intel and report to management.

Prepare daily and weekly reports.

Requirements:

High school or university education. Reading and writing skills are required.

Valid residency and driving license (for non-Saudis).

Previous experience in food sales is preferred.

Strong communication and sales skills.

البحث عن عملاء جدد واستقطابهم (شركات، محلات، أسواق الجملة).
عرض المنتجات على العملاء وشرح المميزات والعروض.
تحقيق الأهداف البيعية الشهرية والسنوية المحددة.
إدارة العلاقات مع العملاء الحاليين والمحافظة عليهم بخدمة متميزة.
متابعة تحصيل المبالغ المستحقة من العملاء وفق السياسات المعتمدة.
رفع تقارير دورية للمدير المباشر حول المبيعات، التحديات، واقتراحات التطوير.
الالتزام بالسياسات والإجراءات الداخلية للشركة (الزيارات، العقود، العروض).
دراسة السوق والمنافسين ورفع مقترحات لتحسين المبيعات.


المتطلبات

مؤهل تعليمي: ثانوي أو جامعي (ويُشترط إجادة القراءة والكتابة).
خبرة لا تقل عن سنة في مجال المبيعات (يفضّل في قطاع المواد الغذائية/التوزيع).
مهارات قوية في التفاوض والإقناع.
القدرة على تحمل ضغط العمل والتنقل بين العملاء.
رخصة قيادة سارية + سيارة (حسب طبيعة العمل).
