Description

We are looking for a tendering engineer with 3 to 5 years of experience in the Saudi market. Who will responsible to for following.
• Review the project documentation, such as drawings and specifications, in order to create a Tender summary report.
• Prepare Clarifications & queries.
• Divide the project into packages and send RFQ for vendors or sub-contractors.
• Receive quotations from vendors, suppliers &sub-contractors &prepare comparison sheet.
• Review the quantity survey from drawings.
• Attend the Clarification Meetings with the owner of the project.
• Knowledge of MS offices, AutoCAD, MS Projects is mandatory.
• 0% delays in submitting Tender Summary Report.
• Following up on submitted tenders not less than 95%.
• Accuracy in studying documentation not less than 90%.

Education: Bachelor of Electrical Engineer.
Nationality: Any “Preferred Arabic-speaking”
Languages: Proficient English & Arabic
