*Position:* NDT Level 3 Engineer

*Location:* Dammam Industrial City 2

*Key Responsibilities:*
- Develop, qualify, and approve NDT procedures and techniques.
- Interpret codes, standards, specifications, and procedures.
- Train and assess NDT Level I and II personnel.
- Mentor technicians on current methods and new technologies.
- Conduct compliance audits and review incoming reports to ensure adherence to procedures and codes.
- Oversee technology implementation, including equipment testing, experiment design, validation, and procedure development.
- Ensure safe operation of NDT processes and compliance with HSE regulations.
- Perform other tasks as required by supervisors.

*Qualifications:*
- Bachelor's degree in Science, NDT, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in the NDT field.
- Experience in pipe manufacturing or a similar industry.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
