Job Title: Sales Engineer – Civil & Landscape

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer – Civil & Landscape to join our growing team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for business development, client relationship management, and generating new opportunities in the civil construction and landscaping sectors.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in civil and landscape projects.
Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and government clients.
Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
Conduct client meetings, site visits, and project presentations.
Coordinate with the estimation and operations teams to ensure accurate project pricing and execution.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's business growth.
Monitor market trends and identify upcoming projects and tender opportunities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Engineering, or a related field.
3–5 years of sales/business development experience in the Civil and Landscape industry within Saudi Arabia.
Strong knowledge of the Saudi construction market.
Proven ability to generate leads and secure new projects.
Valid Saudi driving license.
Fluent in both English and Arabic (spoken and written).
Native Arabic speakers are preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM software is an advantage.
