Description

We are looking for an Business Development Executive having Architectural Background to implement the right processes and practices across the Architectural Organization. The duties include formulating strategy, improving performance, resources and securing compliance etc. and she should be ready to mentor team members and find ways to increase quality of customer service and implement best practices across all levels.

Responsibilities
- Experience in both the project management and sales side of running a business
- Strong customer service and sales skills for generating leads
- Advanced presentation and persuasive skills
- Excellent leadership and teamwork skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building meaningful relationships with clients
- Extensive knowledge of productivity tools and software
- Attention to detail and organization skills for honing in on each necessary task
- Advanced decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Experience budgeting and forecasting
- Familiarity with business and financial principles
- Excellent communication skills
- Leadership ability
- Outstanding organizational skills

Qualification :

- Candidate should possess Degree in Architectural Engineering or Master in Business Administration
- Experience 3-5 years in the relevant field.
- Should have transferable Valid Iqama.
- Candidate should be based in Jeddah.
- Candidates should be fluent in English and Arabic Language are preferable.
