Hiring: Senior Sales & Business Development Executive (Female)

Location: Jubail, Saudi Arabia
Industry: Contracting Company Oil & Gas Industrial Services

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Female Sales & Business Development Executive (Egyptian or Lebanese nationality preferred) to join our team in Jubail and drive business growth across the industrial and contracting sectors in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify and develop new business opportunities.
* Generate leads, arrange client meetings, and build long-term business relationships.
* Promote the company’s General Contracting and Industrial Services.
* Prepare technical and commercial proposals in coordination with the estimation team.
* Negotiate contracts and successfully close deals.
* Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
* Maintain relationships with existing clients and identify new opportunities.

Mandatory Requirements

* Female candidate (Egyptian or Lebanese nationality preferred).
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
* Minimum 5 years of sales/business development experience in Saudi Arabia.
* Proven experience in the General Contracting, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Industrial sectors.
* Fluent in English and Arabic.
* Valid Saudi driving license is an advantage.
* Transferable Iqama preferred.

Proven Track Record (Mandatory)

Candidates must demonstrate a successful history of securing business within Saudi Arabia, including:

* Winning contracts in Contracting or Industrial Services.
* Strong network with Saudi Aramco, SABIC, Royal Commission, EPC contractors, and major industrial companies.
* Experience in preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets.
* Ability to provide details of previous clients, projects, contract values, and business achievements during the interview.
