Job Title: Senior Electrical Engineer (Design)

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage electrical design teams for industrial, commercial, or residential projects.
2. Develop and implement electrical design concepts, calculations, and specifications.
3. Create and review electrical drawings, diagrams, and models using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
4. Conduct site visits to gather data, inspect installations, and troubleshoot issues.
5. Ensure compliance with electrical codes, standards, and regulations (e.g., NEC, IEC).
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical, civil, and architectural engineers.
7. Mentor and train junior engineers and designers.
8. Perform quality control checks on electrical designs and documentation.
9. Develop and maintain project documentation, including technical reports and specifications.
10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering.
2. Minimum 8 years of experience in electrical design and engineering.
3. Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent.
4. Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles, codes, and standards.
5. Proficient in CAD software and electrical design tools (e.g., ETAP, SKM).
6. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
7. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
