Job Summary:
Al Sawab is seeking an experienced IT Sales Engineer to join our dynamic sales team. As an IT Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support to our customers throughout the sales process. Your role will involve understanding the customer's technology requirements, proposing solutions, and ensuring a seamless implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with customers to understand their IT infrastructure, business challenges, and technology needs
Collaborate with the sales team to develop comprehensive technology solutions that address the customer's requirements
Conduct demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and pilot projects to showcase the capabilities of our products and services
Provide technical guidance and support throughout the sales cycle, from the initial contact to the final implementation
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and competitive offerings
Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and technical documentation
Liaise with the engineering and support teams to ensure the successful deployment and ongoing maintenance of the solutions
Participate in pre-sales activities, such as site visits, requirements gathering, and solution design

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
3-5 years of experience as an IT Sales Engineer or in a technical sales role
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including networking, servers, storage, and cloud technologies
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical information to non-technical stakeholders
Problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and address customer challenges
Familiarity with project management principles and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed
