Title: IT Support Engineer

We’re seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer to join our team and provide exceptional technical support to our employees.

Responsibilities:

==> Diagnose and resolve IT support requests from employees promptly.

==> Hardware and Software Support: Provide assistance with network printers, PCs, laptops, Microsoft Office, O365, MS Teams and Outlook.

==> Change configurations, settings, and permissions to address computer and network issues.

==>Answer employee questions related to computer systems.

==>Gather and analyze data to diagnose problems effectively.

Qualifications: Bachelors Degree

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support and systems maintenance. Age not exceeding 27 years.

Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Good interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Ability to lift up and transfer printers, smart screens, etc. to one place to another.
