Role Overview: As a Production Engineer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our production processes, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining high-quality standards. You will work closely with our Production Manager on day-to-day activities and will also be in charge of managing the store and stock for production activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning and execution of production processes in the rubber hose assembly workshop.
Support the Production Manager with daily operational tasks.
Oversee and manage the store and stock meant for production activities.
Monitor and maintain high-quality standards in all production processes.
Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the workshop.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
Experience in a production environment, preferably in rubber hose assembly.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
A positive work attitude.
