We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our team. As a Restaurant Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our restaurant's offerings to potential corporate clients, event planners, and other groups. Your primary goal will be to increase group bookings, private dining events, catering orders, and overall revenue.


Responsibilities:

• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and local businesses to generate leads and referrals.
• Present our restaurant's offerings, including private dining options, catering menus, and event spaces, to prospective clients.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring terms align with restaurant policies and profitability goals.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of events and catering orders.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role in the restaurant industry, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Knowledge of CRM software and sales analytics tools preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
