Job Description
To be a part of the LIMS COE team responsible to deliver Instrument Integration with Sample Manager LIMS
Configure integration points and agents in IM Create transformations and mapping Working with business focal points and lab technicians across the globe working across cultural language barriers
Experience in Thermofisher SampleManager LIMS system Integration Manager and Database skill Oracle SQL

Job Qualifications

Extensive experience Thermofisher Instrument Integration system preferable 3 0 or above
General coding programming skills C VGL etc
SampleManager LIMS systems Preferably version 12 0 or above
Experience is handling various result file formats such as flat files xml JSON etc
Experience in SampleManager web services architecture
Good communication skills both written and oral
Self starter take initiative to seek information help to resolve issues quickly
