We are a dynamic contracting company operating in the construction and interior fit-out sector. As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Accountant to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable & Receivable:
Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile transactions.
Maintain accurate records for payables and receivables.
Financial Accounting and Reporting:
Prepare financial statements (Trail Balance, Cashflow, P&L, Balance Sheet).
Analyze financial data and present results to management.
Monitor project and company budgets.
Treasury Management and Banking:
Manage banking relationships.
Optimize cash flow and liquidity.
Payroll Processing:
Prepare, review, and process payroll.
Tax Compliance and Audits:
Handle VAT filing and tax returns.
Coordinate internal and external audits for compliance.
General Ledger and Month/Year-End Close:
Perform general ledger functions.
Ensure accurate month-end and year-end closing processes.
Team Management:
Plan, assign, and review staff work.
Foster a collaborative and efficient team environment.
Internal Controls and Asset Management:
Strengthen internal controls through regular audits.
Manage physical and financial assets.
ERP System Management:
Configure, review, and operationalize ERP systems.
Entry-Level Financial Controller Objectives:
Contribute to overall financial strategy and decision-making.

Skills & Education:
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of accounting experience in Saudi Arabia.
Proficiency in VAT and corporate taxation.
Familiarity with subsidiary and group structures.
Industry Preference:
Background in contracting, construction, or interior fit-out industries.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a relevant field.
Tech Exposure:
Familiarity with accounting software packages, Microsoft Office, and analytics tools.
