๐Ÿ‘” Operations Manager โ€“ Construction & Services

๐Ÿ“ Location: Saudi Arabia
๐Ÿ’ผ Employment: Full-Time

๐Ÿ“‹ REQUIREMENTS

๐Ÿ’ผ 3โ€“5 years experience in Construction, Contracting, Maintenance, FM, Industrial or Technical Services
๐Ÿ‡ธ๐Ÿ‡ฆ Saudi/GCC experience preferred
๐Ÿš— Saudi Driving Licence preferred
๐Ÿ“Š Knowledge of Project Management, Cost Control, Procurement, Contracts, HSE & QA/QC
๐Ÿ’ป MS Office required
๐Ÿ“… MS Project / Primavera / ERP is an advantage
๐Ÿ—ฃ๏ธ Strong communication skills
๐Ÿ‘ฅ Leadership & team management
๐Ÿค Negotiation & decision-making skills

๐Ÿ› ๏ธ RESPONSIBILITIES

โœ… Manage projects, sites, manpower & subcontractors
โœ… Monitor schedules, budgets & costs
โœ… Manage BOQs, RFQs, tenders, contracts & POs
โœ… Manage Variation Orders
โœ… Monitor productivity, profitability & KPIs
โœ… Support project mobilization & business development
