Job Description:
We are looking to expand our social media efforts and hire a talented social media specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
- Create engaging, on-brand content for social media (text, images, videos, etc.)
- Manage our social media accounts, respond to comments/messages, and build an active community
- Monitor social media trends and performance, and optimize content/campaigns accordingly
- Collaborate with marketing team to integrate social media with other digital initiatives
- Track and report on key social media metrics and KPIs

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience managing social media for a business or brand
- Excellent writing and visual content creation skills
- Strong understanding of different social media platforms and best practices
- Ability to analyze data and use insights to drive social media strategy
- Creative problem-solver with strong time management skills
- Knowledge of social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.)
