Job Description:
Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer to join our team as an ERP Implementation Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire ERP implementation process, ensuring that the system meets the requirements of various departments, and aligning functionalities with business needs. You will coordinate with teams across finance, project management, HR, procurement, and transport, ensuring a smooth transition and successful implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the implementation of the ERP system from start to finish.
• Gather and analyze requirements from different departments to ensure the ERP system aligns with business needs.
• Coordinate with various teams to ensure full implementation and functionality of the ERP system.
• Verify that ERP-generated reports meet departmental requirements.
• Work closely with the CEO, providing comprehensive reports and ensuring the ERP system meets executive requirements.
• Customize and configure the ERP system to meet specific organizational needs.
• Manage data migration, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• Provide user training and ongoing support to ensure successful adoption of the ERP system.
• Ensure the security and compliance of the ERP system, staying updated with the latest security practices and regulatory requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during and after implementation related to hardware and software.
• Manage multiple tasks and projects, prioritizing effectively to meet deadlines.
Qualifications:
• Must be a Saudi National
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in ERP system implementation.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements.
• Proficiency in customizing and configuring ERP systems.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.(English)
• Ability to manage data migration processes and ensure data integrity.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in training users and providing ongoing support.
• Ability to work closely with senior management and present technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
