Description

Key Role & Responsibilities:

1. Annalise contract documents , BOQ , Project specification carefully and prepare schedule to get approval from client.
2. Review technical submittal for materials before submitting to consultant.
3. Report submitting like daily site progress report, Weakly report, WIR, MIR etc.
4. Involve in project after project award to final hand over tacking certificate.
5. Follow the work progress with qualitative work to meet client criteria as per approved methodology
6. Make sure all safety rule to be followed and work should be follow method of statement.
7. Installation of MDB , SMDB, DB, cable tray, DG, RMU, transformer, ATS, erecting LT line and HT line, different sizes of motor with starter connections, fire alarm system, CCTV system .
8. Installation of different types of lighting fixture , power outlet, Data outlet, fire alarm devices from 1st fix to last fix, installation of under ground cable , make calculation for for cable. Prepare as built drawing, SLD ,and update panel schedule as per change on site condition.
9.Familiar with Saudi Aramco & international standards like IEC, IEEE, NEMA etc.
10. Prepare subcontractor invoices.
11. Installation of duct bank for LC, LV& MV for cable routing & pole mounted light fixture.
12. Give daily & weekly update to project manager.
13. Work on site on basis 2 week look ahead plan.
14. Maintain all submittal and test log associated with project requirements.
15. If any SOR or NCR raised by consultant then submit related documents to close SOR and NCR
16. Familiar with all types of drawing used in construction work like design drawing, tender drawing, IFC drawing, Shop drawing, red line drawing, as built drawing,
17. Knowledge of electrical calculation like cable, breaker, conduit, tray, LV room size, transformer size, DG size, UPS size, relay , fuse etc.
18. Fully knowledge of all kind of LV panel estimation, designing, BOQ and necessary
calculation.
19. Fully knowledge about SLD or load list of customer.
20. Familiarities with Saudi Building Code (SBC) 401, 601, 201 etc.
21. Attending weekly meetings and technical meetings with the consultant.
