Education, Knowledge and Experience
• Vocational Certificate in Shuttering Carpenter or Civil Engineering degree with attested Saudi Embassy.

Responsibilities
• Oversee and manage shuttering carpentry projects from start to finish.
• Plan and coordinate tasks to ensure efficient workflow.
• Supervise and lead a team of carpenters.
• Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
• Manage resources, including materials and equipment.
• Train and mentor junior carpenters.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality.
• Resolve any issues or problems that arise during construction.
• Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
• Prepare and submit progress reports to management.
• Coordinate with other trades and subcontractors as needed.
• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
• Assist with the development of project plans and schedules.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
• Ensure proper maintenance and storage of tools and equipment.
• Participate in project meetings and provide input on project planning and execution.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Requirements
• Proven experience as a shuttering carpenter.
• Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of shuttering carpentry techniques and materials.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Highly organized with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Ability to train and mentor junior carpenters.
• Proficient in the use of carpentry tools and equipment.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and procedures.
• Ability to manage resources effectively.
• Good physical condition and stamina.
• Valid driver's license.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed.
• Basic computer skills for record-keeping and reporting.
• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Experience should be between 8 to 10 years.
