Location: La Rio, Riyadh

Salary: Negotiable

Responsibilities:

Menu Development: Design and implement a diverse and innovative Italian menu that features traditional and contemporary dishes.
Food Preparation: Oversee the preparation, cooking, and presentation of all food items, ensuring the highest quality standards.
Team Leadership: Lead, train, and manage kitchen staff, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment.
Quality Control: Ensure consistency in taste, portion size, and presentation of all dishes.
Inventory Management: Manage kitchen inventory, order supplies, and control food costs while minimizing waste.
Compliance: Ensure the kitchen complies with health and safety regulations and maintains high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Customer Interaction: Occasionally interact with customers to understand their preferences and gather feedback.

Qualifications:

Experience: Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef, with a focus on Italian cuisine.
Culinary Skills: Exceptional culinary skills, with expertise in Italian cooking techniques and ingredients.
Creativity: Ability to create innovative and appealing menus that attract and retain customers.
Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor staff.
Organization: Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Communication: Strong communication skills to effectively interact with staff, suppliers, and customers.
Education: Culinary degree or equivalent experience in Italian cuisine is preferred.
