Experience: 3-5 years in Turn Around Project Management
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, monitor, and control all aspects of the Turn Around Project in Yanbu.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project goals and objectives are met within the specified timeline and budget.
- Manage project resources effectively to optimize performance and ensure timely completion.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Provide regular project status updates and reports to key stakeholders.
- Oversee quality control and assurance processes to ensure project deliverables meet the required standards.
- Lead project team members, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment to encourage teamwork and innovation.
- Adhere to project management best practices and standards throughout the project lifecycle.
*Requirements:*
- Project Management, or related field.
- Proven experience of 3-5 years in managing Turn Around Projects.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
