Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Operator to join our commissioning team on a photovoltaic (PV) project. This individual will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations, ensuring the PV systems are functioning efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct routine operations and inspections of PV systems to ensure system performance and safety.
Monitor and maintain the health of the PV system, addressing any issues promptly.
Work on a three-shift rotation schedule (two days on, one day off) to support continuous operations.
Adhere to and execute the operational procedures specific to PV projects.
Manage daily operational data collection and perform statistical analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Operation for electrical primary and secondary equipment during the cold and hot commissioning.

Requirements:
Training in power grid operation procedures, high and low voltage equipment operation, and power operation regulations.
Prior experience in operating large-scale PV projects, with at least one project to your credit.
Familiarity with electrical primary and secondary equipment in power systems, proficient in power transmission operations, and experienced in on-site safety management.
Knowledge of power operation regulations, PV generation equipment, and PV transmission and transformation equipment.
Familiar with the electrical principles of components and the operation of testing equipment.
Ability to work effectively in a three-shift rotation schedule.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.
Fluency in English and good communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Valid Saudi work visa (preferred for immediate deployment).
- Experience with large-scale PV projects and substation operation .
- participated in electrical operations during the commissioning of PV projects .
