Position: Armor rod machine operator


Experience: Minimum 5+ years in (Steel/Metal preforming)
Location: Damam, KSA
Employment: Full Time-On Payroll



Skill set
 Able to operate PLC based automated machine
 Hands-on skill on parts replacement and alignment
 Operation skills in Steel wire preforming machine
 Familiarity of tools and measuring instruments
 Able to calibrate errors and fine tune for the machining tools
 Understanding of material property like aluminum alloy wire & galvanized steel wire
 Hard working ability and work under pressure
 Able to lead the production team with technical skills and theoretical soundness

Qualification
 Diploma in mechanical or electrical
 Minimum 5 years’ experience in armor rod production/ steel wire preforming and gulf experience is added advantage
 Proficiency in English reading, writing and spoken

Duties and responsibilities
 Safely operate the compressed air system with air compressor, air drier and filter
 Check the air leakage in the air distribution line and assure the system reediness for the operation
 Initial arrangement of production machineries and setting the machine to produce the product with the size of the steel/aluminum wire
 Loading and unloading the material to the feeding tray and prepare the initial tensioning to the preforming section
 Change and replace the feed line guides to match the product size
 Adjust the input parameter to the PLC system through HMI
 Initial trial and calibration of the cutting length
