Total Salary Package : SAR 6,000 to SAR 8,000


1) Manages the call center’s team of Call Center Officers/Representatives.
2) Be available to affect the entirety of the team’s operations.
3) Ensuring agents understand and comply with all call center objectives, performance standards, and policies.
4) Training, Motivating and Preparing call center representatives to respond to customer questions and complaints and troubleshoot problems with services or products. Process Monthly Payroll of the Company.
5) Monitors numbers of calls that agents handle each hour to ensure each agent is taking the required number of calls.
6) Answering agent questions regarding best practices or difficult calls.
7) Identifying operational issues and suggesting possible improvements.
8) Monitoring and evaluating agent performance, providing learning or coaching opportunities, and taking corrective action, if necessary.
9) Meets with management to report the progress of the call Officers/Representatives team.
10) Preparing reports and analyzing data to assist management as they determine call center goals.
11) Working with other supervisors and management team members to support agents and maximize customer satisfaction.
