Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced MEP Foreman with good experience in plumbing to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, with a proven ability to manage and lead a team effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and coordinate the installation, maintenance, and repair of MEP systems.

2. Lead and manage a team of skilled laborers, ensuring optimal performance and productivity.

3. Plan and schedule MEP work activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

4. Inspect MEP work to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and safety standards.

5. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to MEP systems.

6. Maintain project documentation, including work logs and progress reports.

7. Collaborate with other departments to integrate MEP systems into overall project plans.

8. Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure project requirements are met.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience in MEP work.

2. Extensive knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

3. Strong leadership and team management skills.

4. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

5. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

8.An existing trustworthy team is a significant advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Relevant certification or degree in mechanical, electrical, or plumbing engineering.

2. Experience with MEP project management and planning software.

3. Familiarity with local MEP codes and regulations.
