Nationality: Nepal/ Bangladesh
Job Responsibilities
- Installing and testing HVAC, electrical components and plumbing fixtures, resolving on-site technical issues.
- Reviewing and creating detailed shop drawings, load calculations, and material submittals to ensure compliance with project
- Supervising and executing the installation of HVAC units, ductwork, electrical wiring, lighting fixtures, plumbing networks.
- Aligning MEP services with interior design elements to avoid conflicts.
- Testing the entire MEP systems before final handover to the client.
- Work closely with interior designers and architects to ensure MEP elements do not disrupt the visual design.
- Ensure all work complies with local building codes, fire safety regulations, and environmental standards. Implementing energy-efficient solutions, maintaining quality control (QA/QC).
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, using drafting software like AutoCAD, and understanding complex system calculations.
- Take full responsibility for cutting calculations, measurement accuracy, and all stages of MEP works.
- Identifying, ordering, and managing required materials and equipment as per project requirements.
- Carry out all other works as instructed by supervisors.

Requirements:

- Proficiency Drawings - read and understand and perform.
- Strong knowledge of Interior QSR Civil projects.
- Good knowledge in BOQ preparation.
- Strong attention to detail; fast learner and team player.
- Relevant diploma/certification in drafting or related field.

Salary: 2500-3000
Overtime: If applicable.
