Job Overview:

We seek a reliable and professional Heavy Transport Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a valid heavy vehicle driver’s license, a clean driving record, and experience in operating heavy trucks and trailers. The Heavy Transport Driver will be responsible for transporting large and heavy goods safely and efficiently to designated locations, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
Transportation: Safely operate heavy trucks and trailers to transport large and heavy goods to specified destinations.
Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of the vehicle, ensuring it is clean, well-maintained, and in good working order.
Route Planning: Plan and follow the most efficient routes to ensure timely delivery and pick-up.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies to ensure the safety of the driver, passengers, and cargo.
Loading/Unloading: Assist with the loading and unloading cargo, ensuring items are handled with care and properly secured for transport.
Weight Management: Ensure the cargo weight is within the legal limits and distributed properly to avoid overloading.
Communication: Communicate effectively with dispatchers, supervisors, and other team members regarding schedules, delays, or any issues encountered on the road.

Qualifications:
License: Valid Saudi heavy vehicle driver’s license with a clean driving record.
IQAMA: Valid Iqama with the profession "Bus Driver" or "Heavy Vehicle Driver".
Experience: Proven experience as a heavy transport driver, preferably in a similar role.
Knowledge: Familiarity with local and regional roadways, traffic laws, and safety regulations.
Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to plan routes and meet delivery schedules.
Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy objects, sit for extended periods, and handle long-distance driving.
Flexibility: Willingness to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
