MOBILE CRANE MECHANIC

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, filter replacements, and tire rotations on cranes and other heavy equipment.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues with cranes, boom trucks, and other heavy equipment.
• Conduct troubleshooting and inspections to identify problems and determine the best course of action for repair.
• Perform welding, fabrication, and metalworking tasks as needed.
• Install new parts and components on cranes and other heavy equipment.
• Test and commission repaired equipment to ensure proper operation.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and testing.
• Communicate effectively with customers, supervisors, and other team members.
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts to improve efficiency and quality of work.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training in heavy equipment mechanics or related field preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience as a mobile crane mechanic or in a related field.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, electrical systems, and hydraulics.
• Ability to read blueprints, diagrams, and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license (CDL not required but beneficial).
• Ability to work at heights, climb ladders, and lift heavy objects.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety protocols.

• Work location will be at Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
