Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and certified Senior Construction Skills Trainer to join our team in NEOM, Saudi Arabia. As a Senior Construction Skills Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering safety training programs to construction workers and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

Requirements:

-7 years of experience in Construction Skills Safety training
-Certification in a variety of HSE Construction Skills plant & equipment training or relevant field (CITB/IPAF/PASMA/CISRS/LEEA)
-Demonstrated knowledge of all Safety and health standards, including construction, plant Safety, general industry, and industry standards
-Experience as a certified trainer/tutor/instructor in developing construction skills training and compliance programs
Ability to conduct and facilitate training sessions as required
-Experience working with diverse teams and multicultural environments
-Excellent organizational and time management skills
-Proficiency in using training software and learning management systems
