MUST PERFORM THESE ATTRIBUTES

1. Work on Electrical drawings.
A. To understand clearly& prepared Electrical design/shop/ as built and detail drawings for approval according to project requirements.
B. Preparations of load calculation for panel schedule & Voltage Drop calculation from approved Electrical drawings.
C. Strong control for preparing drawings of all electrical systems (lighting, power & ups, Grounding & Lightning Protection System, Nurse Call System, Audio Video, Public address, Clock System, MATV, CCTV, Fire alarm, MS Systems, Cable Tray, Data & IP Telephone).
D. Prepared wall &ceiling outlet co-ordination drawings &Riser diagrams according to approved drawings.
E. Prepared material take of schedule & Quantity for Electrical drawings.
F. Reviewing drawings and preparing proposals for the required changes in the design contract drawings.
2. Work on Mechanical drawings.
A. To understand clearly & prepared Mechanical design/ shop/ as built and detail drawings for approval according to latest codes and standards.
B. Draw the Sanitary drainage system & plumbing drawings with all details of floor plan, elevation, section, Schematic diagrams and isometric views.
C. Familiar about manually cooling load calculation & ventilation according to CAREER HAND DESIGN BOOK.
D. Work on HVAC drawings as per SMACNA standards. Preparing ducting layouts, split system drawings, details & installation of AHU & FCU. Also can design chilled water line for HVAC system with Riser diagram.
E. Familiar of designing Duct sizes in Ductulator software.
F. Can draw upright & pendent type sprinkler drawings of Fire Fighting System with Schematic diagrams & complete installation details.
G. Work on the quantity of fixtures & pipes of Plumbing & Fire Fighting System.
H. Familiar of preparing Hot water & Steam Boiler drawings with P &I diagram.

Work on General Coordination.


1. Prepares shop/detail drawings and as built drawings.
2. Prepares MEP builders work & composite drawings.
3. Prepares bottom of duct & level of pipe.
4. Ensures and maintains quality for finished drawings.
5. Prepares drawing required for government permits and utility companies.
6. Develop detail pipe layout and isometric drawings.
7. Coordinate the ductwork with other trade i.e. structural, piping, and electrical & interior design.
8. Prepare duct layout from single line diagram conceptual sketches & Engineering instruction.
9. Develop plant room layout and sectional detail.
10. Advance knowledge of air-conditioning design.
11. Collaborate with the engineering And operations teams to create clear and accurate drawings.
12. Capability to make updates and revisions to existing drawings located on verbal input, sketches, and feedback from the field.
13. Perform quality control reviews of drawings prior to publication.
14. Assist Engineers in producing design and construction documents.
15. Capability to deal with problems with minimal supervision, drawing upon practice, research, and communication with peers.
16. Perform additional tasks as assigned by manager.
17. Strong AutoCAD expertise and practice. Strong computer expertise and practice with Excel, Word, and Outlook.
18. Possess an outgoing and positive attitude.
19. Capability to work well as part of a team.
20. Capability to meet deadlines and produce highly accurate work.
21. Possess excellent written and verbal communications expertise.
