Job Description:
Experience: Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience in Yardi implementation and support projects.
Communication: Ability to understand and communicate complex business requirements in technical terms.
Database: Strong knowledge in Voyager database schema.
Reporting: Able to develop Columnar reports, YSR, and correspondence reports.
Modules: Experience in Yardi international, commercial, and residential modules.
Knowledge: Proficiency in Yardi AR, AP, GL, ABF, and FA.
Caf? Modules: Experience with Yardi commercial caf? & Rent Caf?.
Implementation: Experience in Yardi Voyager, Yardi commercial caf?, and Yardi Rent Caf? implementation processes.
Technical Skills: Technical knowledge in Yardi Orion BI Report Writing.
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills to relate and communicate with all levels of IT members.
Problem-Solving: Ability to take initiative and an aptitude for creative problem-solving.
Technical Knowledge: Experience with source control management systems, multi-threading, and concurrency.
Debugging: Expertise in debugging, performance profiling, and optimization.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
Certifications in Yardi software or related technologies are a plus.
Proven track record of successful Yardi implementation and support projects.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
