Description

1. Budget Management:
o Develop and maintain project budgets.
o Monitor and control project expenditure to ensure costs are kept within the approved budget.
o Analyze variances between the actual and budgeted costs and report on significant issues.
2. Cost Tracking and Reporting:( CTC & CAC)
o Track and report on project costs and expenditures.
o Prepare regular financial reports and cost forecasts for management.
o Provide accurate financial information to support decision-making processes.
3. Cost Analysis:
o Conduct cost analysis and recommend cost-saving measures.
o Identify potential financial risks and provide solutions to mitigate them.
o Evaluate and improve cost control processes and procedures.
4. Project Coordination:
o Collaborate with project managers and other departments to ensure cost control requirements are met.
o Participate in project planning and provide financial insights and support.
o Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
5. Financial Documentation:
o Maintain accurate and complete financial records and documentation.
o Ensure all cost control documentation is up-to-date and accessible for audits.
o Prepare and present financial summaries and reports to stakeholders.
6. Software and Systems:
o Utilize cost control software and tools effectively.
o Implement and manage cost control systems and ensure their effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil ,QS Engineering or Finance, Business or related field.
• Proven experience as a Cost Controller or in a similar financial role.
• Strong understanding of financial and accounting principles.
• Proficiency in cost control software and financial reporting tools.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus.
• Experience in Infra & Pre engineering Building construction,.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and other financial analysis software.
• Filipino, Indian, or Nepali nationality will be preferred.
