We are seeking a skilled Micro Soldering Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in soldering small electronic components, repairing circuit boards, and working with precision tools. This role requires a keen eye for detail, steady hands, and the ability to work under a microscope for extended periods.

Key Responsibilities:
* Perform micro soldering on various electronic devices, including smartphones, tablets, laptops, and other consumer electronics.
* Repair and replace small electronic components, such as resistors, capacitors, and integrated circuits.
* Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with printed circuit boards (PCBs) and other electronic assemblies.
* Utilize precision tools and equipment, including microscopes, soldering irons, hot air rework stations, and multimeters.
* Follow detailed repair instructions and schematics to ensure accurate and efficient repairs.
* Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly maintained.
* Adhere to all safety and quality control standards.
