Description

We are seeking a talented IT Engineer Specialist with minimum 3 years of experience to join our team for a project onsite in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.


As a Level 2 IT Engineer Specialist, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:
Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
Providing technical support to end-users
Installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware and software
Documenting technical procedures
Keeping up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies
You will be working as part of a team to ensure the successful completion of the project.

Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
3 years of experience in a similar role
Strong understanding of IT hardware and software
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience working in an onsite client environment (a plus)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Working knowledge of [list relevant technical skills based on the project requirements] (e.g., network+, security+, etc.)
