Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Nurse with more than 8 year experience. The Home Nurse will provide personalized nursing care to the company owner mother in their home, ensuring her comfort, safety, and well-being. This role requires excellent clinical skills, a caring attitude, and the ability to work independently.



Responsibilities:

Provide in-home nursing care, including medication administration, wound care, and other medical treatments as prescribed by the physician.
Monitor and assess the health status, documenting and reporting any changes to the healthcare team.
Develop and implement individualized care plans based on her needs and physician orders.
Educate her and their families on health management and disease prevention.
Assist her with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and mobility.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive her care.
Ensure a safe and clean environment.


? registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

? Minimum of 8 years of nursing experience, preferably in home health or a related field.

? CPR and First Aid certification.

? Strong clinical and critical thinking skills.

? excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

? Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

? Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
