Qualifications:

   •     Education: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electrical, or a related engineering field     •   Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, specifically within the MEP sector.
      •     Technical Skills: Strong understanding of MEP systems, materials, and equipment.
      •     Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate effectively with suppliers and vendors.
      •     Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
      •     Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
      •     Software Proficiency: Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
      •     Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of procurement.

**Preferred Qualifications:

      •     Professional certification in procurement or supply chain management.
      •     Experience with ERP systems.
