We’re looking for an individual with knowledge and experience in IT projects Infrastructure to join our team. As an IT technician, your typical responsibilities will involve supporting senior members of the team with the daily management and coordination required to deliver IT infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

? Support senior IT staff in maintaining and troubleshooting IT infrastructure, including network equipment, servers, and software systems.
? Provide technical support and troubleshooting for internal users, including setting up new devices and managing user accounts.
? Develop and implement regular maintenance schedules for hardware and software to ensure optimal performance.
? Monitor network security and performance, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues.
? Visit project sites across the country to configure IT systems and provide initial support to users, ensuring a smooth transition to full functionality.
? Assist in creating and maintaining IT documentation, including network diagrams, system configurations, and user manuals.
? Help manage IT inventory and ensure the availability of necessary resources and equipment.
? Assist in implementing new technology solutions and upgrades to improve IT operations.
? Follow up on user requests and commitments related to technical support, maintaining strong communication and customer service standards.
? Support the IT team in managing projects, timelines, and deliverables effectively.
? Collaborate with external vendors to resolve technical issues and manage warranties or service agreements.
? Set an example through teamwork and a courteous, solution-oriented approach to users and colleagues.


Qualifications

? Bachelor’s degree, required for similar field.
? 3+ years of professional experience.
? Must have the ability to manage project tasks, interface with clients, liaise with relevant government authorities, and enjoy being hands on technically on project.
? Knowledge of Information technology standards for IT and Projects.
? Proven ability to perform in a project management capacity.
? Excellent written and oral communications skills in English.
? GCC experience is essential.
? Experience of working on a Project is preferred.
? Salary Package will be up to 4000 SR.
