A leading food change company in KSA is looking for potential candidates with the below details:

Job Role:



The talent acquisition specialist role is to source, identify, attract, screen, select, and hire top talents in the market for various roles in the company.




Responsibilities include:


Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and job requirements.

Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.

Manage Overseas agencies.

Manage the complete cycle of overseas recruitment.

Reviewing and screening resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
Schedule and coordinate interviews, both in-person and virtual, ensuring all necessary arrangements are in place.

Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.

Manage candidate data and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system.
Coordinate pre-employment checks and assessments as required.

Assist in drafting and sending offer letters and employment contracts.
Support the onboarding process by ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed and new hires have a smooth transition.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and candidate experience.
Process any other requirements that requested by the hiring manager


Qualification and required skills:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related filed
Preferable specialized certification in Human Resources
Fluent in English Language
Expert in Microsoft office such as excel, word, PowerPoint, etc.
Excellent in interpersonal and communication skills
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
Basic knowledge of labor legislation
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data management.
