Description

Our company seeking a highly motivated and experienced *BIM Modeler & BIM Structure Specialist* to join our growing team. You will be responsible for creating and managing detailed 3D models of structures using BIM software, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* *Model Creation & Management:*
* Develop and maintain accurate and detailed 3D BIM models of structures, including foundations, walls, roofs, and other components.
* Utilize BIM software (e.g., Revit, Tekla, ArchiCAD) to create and manage models, ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
* Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure model accuracy and consistency.
* *Structure Modeling:*
* Develop and manage structural elements within the BIM model, including beams, columns, slabs, and other structural components.
* Ensure accurate representation of structural details, materials, and connections.
* Collaborate with structural engineers to ensure model accuracy and compliance with structural design.
* *Coordination & Collaboration:*
* Coordinate with other BIM modelers and project team members to ensure seamless integration of models and data.
* Identify and resolve clashes and conflicts within the BIM model.
* Participate in BIM coordination meetings and contribute to the overall project workflow.
* *Documentation & Reporting:*
* Generate reports and documentation related to BIM models, including drawings, schedules, and other relevant information.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date model documentation.
* *Quality Control & Assurance:*
* Ensure the quality and accuracy of BIM models through regular reviews and inspections.
* Implement best practices for BIM modeling and data management.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest BIM software and industry standards.

*Qualifications:*

* Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience as a BIM Modeler or BIM Structure Specialist.
* Proficiency in BIM software (e.g., Revit, Tekla, ArchiCAD).
* Strong understanding of structural design principles and construction methods.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
