Piping & Mechanical engineer:

Piping and Pipeline Stress Analysis (CASEAR II software)

? Piping and Pipeline calculations (wall thickness, Pipe Road crossing calculation…)

? Preparation of Piping and Pipeline specifications and data sheets (Piping material specification, Valve data sheet …)

? Review of piping layout, isometrics and pipe support.

? Pressure vessel Calculation (PV Elite software)

? Storage tank design according to API 650

? Outstanding knowledge on static and Rotating equipment and preparation of relevant specifications and data sheet.

? Perform Technical Bid Evaluation for Piping Items, Static and rotating equipment.

? Familiar with ARAMCO standards, NMR ...



Electrical engineer:

? Equipment sizing for: Generators, Transformers, UPS, DC Systems, LV/MV Switchgear & MCC...

? Cable sizing and generate cable schedule, Single Line Diagram, Cable Layout…

? Lighting design and calculation including Plant lighting, Emergency Lighting, Security lighting, Building lighting...

? Earthing and lightning protection design

? Design & calculation notes of cathodic protection systems

? Extract electrical MTO and perform Technical Bid Evaluation

? Familiar with ARAMCO standards, NMR ...

? Familiar with ETAP Software and perform different studies which include:

- Short-Circuit Analysis,

- Arc Flash Analysis,

- Load-Flow, Motor Starting and Voltage Drop Analysis,

- Transient Stability Study,

- Harmonic Analysis,

- Power Factor Correction Study,

- Switching Transient Analysis and Insulation coordination studies,

- Relay Coordination Study,

- Ground grid, touch/step voltage,

- lightning protection studies,

- Electrical Safety and operability (SAFOP).
